Additionally, provide affidavits from two witnesses who are your neighbors, along with copies of their identity cards. Submit all these documents with the application to the concerned Union Council. If a union council is not available, you can submit the application to any local body. Once submitted, the concerned Union Council will issue the unmarried certificate to you.
Submission of Unmarried Certificate Abroad
If you need to submit the certificate for overseas employment, it must be attested by a notary public. Consult a lawyer to have the certificate attested within a day. Additionally, you will require confirmation from the relevant office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. غیر شادی شدہ سرٹیفکیٹ کیسے حاصل کیا جا سکتا؟
غیر شادی سرٹیفکیٹ کی زیادہ تر ضرورت فوج یا دیگر سیکورٹی فورسز میں اپلائی کرتے ہوئے یا بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کو نوکری کے دوران پڑتی ہے. یہ سرٹیفکیٹ ایک طرح کا ڈاکومنٹری ایویڈنس ہے کہ جس سے ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ آپ شادی شدہ نہیں ہیں. جو شخص اس کو بنوانا چاہتا ہے وہ اپنی متعلقہ یونین کونسل میں درخواست برائے حصول غیر شادی شدہ سرٹیفکیٹ دے گا. اس درخواست پر نمبر دار کے سائن مہر اور متعلقہ نکاح خواں کے سائن مہر لگے گی. مزید اس درخواست کے ساتھ بیان حلفی 50 والے اسٹام پیپر پر جس پر آپ حلف کے ساتھ بتائیں گے کہ آپ شادی شدہ نہیں ہیں، شناختی کارڈ کی کاپی، والدین کے شناختی کارڈ کی کاپی، دو گواہان جو آپ کے ہمسائے ہوں ان کا بیان حلفی اور ساتھ انکے شناختی کارڈ کی کاپی۔ یہ تمام ڈاکومنٹس درخواست کے ساتھ لگا کر متعلقہ یونین کونسل میں جمع کروا دیں۔ اگر آپ کی یونین کونسل نہیں ہے تو لوکل باڈی کا کوئی بھی ادارہ ہو اس میں آپ یہ درخواست جمع کروائیں گے. یہ درخواست جمع کروانے کے بعد متعلقہ یونین کونسل آپکو یہ سرٹیفکیٹ جاری کر دے گی. غیر شادی شدہ سرٹیفکیٹ اگر بیرون ملک جمع کروانا ہے تو؟ اگر سرٹیفکیٹ بیرون ملک نوکری کے لئے جمع کروانا ہے تو آپ کو نوٹری پبلک سے تصدیق کروانی ہوگی۔ نوٹری پبلک کی تصدیق کے لیے کسی وکیل صاحب کو کہیں وہ آپ کو ایک دن کے اندر ہی فارم تصدیق کروا دے گا۔ اس کے ساتھ وزارت خارجہ کے متعلقہ آفس سے تصدیق کی ضرورت ہوگی. یاد رہے اگر آپ نے میرج سرٹیفکیٹ بنوانا ہے تو بھی بنوانے کا طریقہ اوپر بیان کیے گئے طریقے کے مطابق ہی ہے مطلب اس میں بھی آپ درخواست دیں گے متعلقہ یونین کونسل کو اور متعلقہ یونین کونسل آپ کو میرج سرٹیفکیٹ ایشو کر دے گا
