In Pakistan, the Fundamental rights of citizens are enshrined in the Constitution of Pakistan. These rights provide the framework for individual liberties and protection against discrimination. Here are some of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Pakistan:

All citizens are equal before the law and have the right to be treated equally regardless of their race, religion, caste, sex, or place of birth.

Every person has the right to life, liberty, and security of person. No person can be deprived of their life or personal liberty except in accordance with the law.

Freedom of Speech and Expression:

Every citizen has the right to freedom of speech and expression, including the freedom of the press, subject to reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interest of the glory of Islam or the integrity, security, or defense of Pakistan, public order, morality, or incitement to an offense.

Freedom of Right to Information:

Every citizen has the right to access information in all matters of public importance, subject to regulation and reasonable restrictions imposed by law.

Protection of Property Rights:

No person can be deprived of their property except in accordance with the law. The Constitution also provides for the payment of just and fair compensation in case of acquisition of property by the state.

It's important to note that while these rights are guaranteed by the Constitution, there may be certain reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interest of various factors such as public order, morality, or national security.
